HEAC-ENGINEERING, LDA is strengthening its team and is looking for highly qualified professionals to join a project in Tete, Mozambique.
🔧 Available Positions:
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance Mechanics (m/f);
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance Electricians (m/f).
📌 Main Requirements:
• Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical;
• Specialization or experience with CATERPILLAR equipment;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance;
• Experience with technical check-in and check-out of equipment;
• Planning and execution of maintenance activities;
• Management of backlogs, component replacement and lubrication services;
• Complete registration of intervention history in SAP.
📊 Additional Skills:
• Preparation of management reports;
• Weekly breakdown reports (cause, downtime and responsible person);
• Risk analysis for occurred failures;
• Monthly reports including performance indicators, downtime, component replacement plan and improvement actions;
• Recording of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) incidents;
• Daily manpower control.
