📌 Job Title: Operation assistant
📍Work Location: Matola
🕘 Working Hours:
08:00 – 17:00，with a two-hour lunch break at noon.
【Job Responsibilities】:
1、Responsible for order processing and order follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the entire workflow;
2、Coordinate and monitor cargo transportation progress to ensure smooth logistics operations;
3、Handle customer after-sales issues, follow up on feedback, and coordinate solutions;
4、Assist management with daily administrative tasks and cross-departmental communication;
5、Maintain and regularly update system data including orders, inventory, and customer information;
6、Participate in on-site coordination with suppliers or customers as required by work needs.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred;
2、Proficient in computer and office software (e.g. Excel, Word, email systems);
3、English can be used as a working language, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
4、Knowledge of or basic familiarity with lubricants, tires, or mechanical products is an advantage;
5、Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong execution ability and capable of identifying and independently solving problems;
6、Strong communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking work environment;
7、Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
