📌 Job Title: HR & Admin Supervisor
📍Work Location: Dondo-Beira
🕘 Working Hours:
08:00 – 17:00,with a one-hour lunch break at noon.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
1、Assist with daily HR management tasks, including collecting and organizing employee files, attendance records, and leave requests;
2、Assist in onboarding, offboarding, contract signing, and renewal procedures;
3、Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data to ensure accuracy;
4、Maintain regular communication with the HR Department in the Maputo office to convey company policies, report progress, and ensure process alignment;
5、Support daily office administrative tasks, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance coordination, document filing, and reception;
6、Coordinate daily tasks between departments to ensure smooth office operations;
7、Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
✅ Requirements:
1、Preference will be given to candidates who have previous work experience in Chinese companies.
2、Proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and email systems;
3. Able to use English as a working language, with good communication skills (spoken and written);
4. Strong knowledge of HR and Admin;
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of identifying and solving problems independently;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
7. Responsible and a good team player.
