We’re seeking an experienced finance leader with strong expertise in the insurance industry, tax management, regulatory compliance, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting, budgeting & reporting
• Ensure tax & regulatory compliance
• Manage insurance finance operations (premiums, claims, reinsurance)
• Lead audits & strengthen financial controls
• Provide strategic financial insights
• Manage & mentor the finance team
Requirements:
✔ 8+ years in insurance finance
✔ Strong tax & regulatory knowledge
✔ IFRS expertise
✔ Leadership & analytical skills
✔ English fluency (Portuguese a plus)
