We’re Hiring – Operational Manpower for Magnetite Plant
IRC Mineral & Metals is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for key operational roles at our magnetite beneficiation plant.
🔧 Roles include:
• Foremen (Grinding Section)
• General Fitters, Pump Fitters, Welders
• Operators – Crushing, Grinding, Filtration, Separation
• Electricians – MCC & Control Room
• Lab Technicians & Helpers
• Store & Packing Helpers
• Shift In-Charges & Supervisors
📍 Location: Tete Province, Mozambique
📅 Hiring Period: November–December
🎯 Experience: 5–15+ years preferred
✅ Priority will be given to candidates who:
• Are based in Tete Province
• Are fluent in English
• Have prior experience in mining, industrial and mineral processing operations
