We are looking for a Country Representative to lead our operations in Mozambique. In this role, you will act as legal representative, ensuring strategic direction, programme quality, security management, institutional relations and compliance, in line with regional and global priorities.

We are seeking a senior professional with solid experience in international cooperation, strong leadership skills and proven capacity to manage complex programmes funded by institutional and private donors.
📌 Qualifications and experience required
Advanced university degree in Social or Political Science, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management or Human Rights.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including management of international cooperation projects. Proven experience in Project Cycle Management and proposal writing.
Experience in security management.
Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
