Vaga – Affiliate Business Analyst

• Adverse project dynamics with distinct sociopolitical challenges, requiring agile and aggressive IS strategy and planning
• Immature National laws and policies for IS governance, requires active engagement and coordination with local IS governing bodies for compliance
• Low IS solutions diversity in the local market, imposes an “outside the box” mentality

• Follow the evolution of new technologies, benchmark with competitors
• Provide professional advice and expertise to the business lines
• Analyze the existing situation, collect and assess needs, conduct feasibility and opportunity studies (by measuring organizational and technological constraints)
• Contribute to the writing of business cases, project plans and scopes of work

• Build and manage master plans: business process mapping, analysis of the global technical architecture concerned and information flows.
• Contribute to improving and structuring the business via the optimization of business processes, data, applications, and associated systems.
• Develop and promote the mapping of Information System as a tool for decision-making and performance management
• Anticipate changes and their business impacts on the Information System, and vice versa
• Assess coherence and optimize the portfolio of projects and applications in relation to the Information System (existing / target)

• Write functional specifications, contribute to calls for tenders, analyze different market solutions
• Participate in the formalization of the contract and quality assurance plans

• Animate and coordinate the network of “Key-users” of the Customer business
• Organize and conduct business reviews (needs + functional evolutions and priorities) and carry out a complete follow-up of the requests impacting the tools for the activity of the client business
• Implement indicators to monitor and improve activity (management of cost, problem rate, productivity, and cost-benefit)
• Participate in the Business Analysis network

• Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, software engineering or similar IT fields
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT & software engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Management / leadership experience for IT project
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software development life-cycle, tools and techniques, as well as good understanding of IT related fields.
• Ability to communicate both in Portuguese and English and be at easy with presentations and training large groups
